Be sure not to miss out on the daily feeding of the lorikeets which has been a daily ritual for over 30 years. There is plenty to see and do with over 1400 animals and birds that call the sanctuary their home. With Aussie and exotic wildlife, interactive displays and wide-open enclosures you will have encounters with the cutest and cuddliest of all animals.
Get close up and personal with snakes, koalas, eagles and kangaroos to name just a few. There are new attractions to visit and the night time Aboriginal dance show is an all-time favourite. Stay on in the evening for the nocturnal animal discovery experience and join in the Wildnight Adventure each night.
Have your photo taken with a koala; get up close with crocodiles and hand-feed many of the very friendly kangaroos. Don’t miss the Free Flight Bird shows and the 1000kg giant 5m crocodile named Holey.
General admission tickets to one of the best gold coast theme parks also includes access to the Green Challenge Adventure Parc, a tree top high ropes course that is right next door to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.
Open from 8am to 5pm every day except Christmas Day and ANZAC Day (open from 1.30pm), re-opening at 5.30pm for a delicious Aussie BBQ buffet and Wildnight Adventure each night.
