FACEBOOK & WORDPRESS COMBINE.

A new plugin has been developed for wordpress websites that enables you to build an app on facebook to allow your website to build your facebook content and facebook likes to grow your network.

All of these features are easy to enable via checkboxes on the Facebook settings page.

Post to an Author’s Facebook Timeline whenever they publish a new WordPress Post or Page.
Mention friends and Facebook Pages. This posts to their Timelines as well as lists them on the WordPress Post or Page.
Post all new WordPress Post or Pages to a specified Facebook Page.
Like, send, and subscribe buttons can be enabled in a click and are fully customizable.
Facebook Comments, including full SEO support.
Open Graph Protocol integration.
Recommendations bar, which allows users to click to start getting recommendations, Like content, and add what they’re reading to Timeline as they go.

We have installed this and it works a treat. A little bit fiddly setting up the app development, but it works. Highly recommended to bring your two online presences together as one.

Even more important as a combined outcome for your new mobile wordpress site as well. New visitors are now easier to convert to potential customers, one click and you have them in your list on facebook…

You can have a go at the app development yourself, bit tricky, took me about 2 hours to get it right, but you need all the logins and a few things are not explained well.  If you need it done for you, would be about $220 including GST and it will save you hours and hours and hours in the next 12 months alone.  HERE IT IS
