Post all new WordPress Post or Pages to a specified Facebook Page.
Like, send, and subscribe buttons can be enabled in a click and are fully customizable.
Facebook Comments, including full SEO support.
Open Graph Protocol integration.
Recommendations bar, which allows users to click to start getting recommendations, Like content, and add what they’re reading to Timeline as they go.
We have installed this and it works a treat. A little bit fiddly setting up the app development, but it works. Highly recommended to bring your two online presences together as one.

You can have a go at the app development yourself, bit tricky, took me about 2 hours to get it right, but you need all the logins and a few things are not explained well.
